Fish go their whole lives with very little to talk about but what they, in what used to be the Gulf of Mexico, did talk about they talked about in Spanish. It though, after being renamed the Gulf of America, was thought that the more intelligent of these ocean animals would quickly learn the new language (English) and teach it to all the others but this, as it so happens, did not happen. Maybe these smarter fish are just being stubborn or maybe the fact is that they, too, are relatively slow learners.
